Barrister Babu 10th September 2021 written update (Episode 364)

The episode starts with Thakumaa saying now we, the bride's side, will wash our would be Jamai Babu's feet. Come and sit. Bondita recalls when Aniruddh came long to her Mama's house,he refused to get his feets washed by him. Bondita says to Tapur, see , Sakha Babu will not get his feets washed, he will not do any such ritual where bride's side has to bow under the feet of the groom's side. Aniruddh moves towards Thakumaa and removes her specs. Tapur says didi, you were saying that your Sakha Babu will not get his feets washed but it seems in these years, Barrister Babu's thinking got changed. Bondita says no, neither my Sakha Babu has changed nor his ideals and principles,  you see my Sakha Babu will not do any such ritual in which bride's side has to bow down, you just see. 

Anirudh says forgive me Thakumaa, but I will not get my feets washed. Bondita smiles and signs Tapur with eyes to see. They both smile.  Thakumaa says why? It's just the way of showing respect to groom's side by bride's side, now sit. Aniruddh says you are from bride's side that's why ,I will not get my feets washed from you all. Thakumaa, it's my thinking that the position of bride's side is much more than groom's side, you give your everything,  you give the daughter of your house, you give the pride of your house in our hands, you name your house's sacrament to us, you give us that person who carries forward our lineage, who gives us happiness, peace and prosperity. Tapur and Bondita feel so happy. Aniruddh says Thakumaa you just give all things to us, so respect should be done of the giver,right? So, Thakumaa,  right over respect belongs to the bride's side not the groom's side, right? Everyone nods. Thakumaa says swears and rituals can't be broken, it's just a respect,  sit ,Jamai babu. Aniruddh says I am happy that you have respect and love towards me in your heart but Thakumaa, to raise that respect, there is so need of such rituals and I will not do this ritual, he joins his hand and says forgive me and rest whatever wishes. One groom stands and says Anirudh Babu is saying right, I will not participate in this ritual, every other groom stands and says me too. Aniruddh smiles. Tapur and Bondita smiles too much. Tupur also smiles. Aniruddh says if we talk about ritual, then ritual will definitely happen, respect will be given but to the person who is deservable of this respect. Aniruddh says come Thakumaa. Tupur, Sampoorna and everyone smiles. Aniruddh says yes ,Thakumaa come. Thakuma sits happily.  Every groom's mother sits. Aniruddh washes Thakumaa's feet and dries it with cloth. Every groom washes his mother-in- law's feet. Thakumaa gives blessings. Trilochan smiles. Aniruddh turns and says Sumati ma,you also come, you have right on this respect. Chandrachur and Somnath looks on. Sumati comes and join hands and says forgive me, Jamai Babu. Aniruddh says oh Sumati ma you don't ask for forgiveness, give your blessings.  She sits and Aniruddh washes her feet. Sumati gives blessings to him.

One of the groom shakes his hand to dry it and it's water gets on Chandrachur. Chandrachur shouts and drags him in centre and slaps him . Thakumaa says Jamai Babu. Aniruddh comes and holds him. Chandrachur says he forgot his caste and place both. It seems to you that it's samuhik vivah, then the position and caste becomes equal between us? Don't forget that you can never do equality of upper-caste people. Take out this pair from this samuhik vivah (collective marriage). Aniruddh says no one will go anywhere from here, Chandrachur. Chandrachur says you don't know this small people... Aniruddh says small is your thinking, Chandrachur. Bondita smiles. Aniruddh says if you have to take out, then take out the dirt of discrimination from your heart. If you have to throw, then throw the false ego of being upper-caste from your heart. Here 7 marriages were decided, then 7 marriages will definitely happen and that too in same manner. Here ,we are forgetting 8 years of enmity so why not we erase this centuries ago, malpractice of discrimination? And you start this,Chandrachur? Apologise to Angad. Trilochan says Anirudh.  Chandrachur says what, I apologise to him? Anirudh says hmm. Chandrachur laughs and says is your brain at right place, Barrister Babu? Why speech is given to me, why not anyone explaining to him that he has come with discrimination of caste written in his destiny? God has written in his destiny that he will be lower to us. Aniruddh shouts who are you to write his destiny, Chandrachur? Are you thinking yourself a God? And with which right? By having birth in good family,  do you become someone's god? Don't be in this misunderstanding,  God has made everything equal for everyone. air, water and everything is same for everyone in this world.  The way fire burns you same way fire also burns Angad. The way you feel thirsty,the same way he also feels thirsty. The way your stomach fills by eating Luchis ,the same way his stomach gets filled by eating luchis, Chandrachur. Your blood is red, we all have red blood. Why you do not forget this discrimination? Thakumaa smiles. We all are one, and same.  Here,  marriage of Angad will happen,  with us and like us and you will apologise to Angad. I am waiting. Bondita says Why Jamai Babu isn't understanding that Sakha Babu is saying right? She was about to go but Tapur holds her and says yes di, but you don't say anything, if something gets wrong by your saying, then? And after so many difficulties, your marriage is happening with Aniruddh Babu. If something happens wrong in this useless fight? Bondita says no Tapur, this fight is not useless instead this thinking of discrimination between upper-caste and lower-caste is useless. And I want to do marriage with Sakha Babu,  our marriage will happen but not by insulting someone. And I am completely with my Sakha Babu in this. Sampoorna says keep the respect of the new Jamai Babu's words. Chandrachur says Jamai Babu is new but our customs, rituals and rites are old. Right Zamindar Babu? Thakuma says atleast for the sake of groom's side, please bow down. Chandrachur says do I bow down? Thakumaa says see Jamai Babu,  I don't want that any hurdles to come in Bondita's marriage. Trilochan comes and says Chandrachur, you don't know our Aniruddh's obsession (fitoor) ,if he comes in his obsession, then he will drink their leftover water also and eat their leftover food also. Chandrachur looks puzzled. Aniruddh says don't ask for sorry for the fear of my obsession or groom's side,  you apologise because you have realized your mistake, Chandrachur. Chandrachur says I will not tolerate this at all. Aniruddh shouts and I will not tolerate this kind of discrimination at all and you fit this in your mind clearly. Chandrachur shouts so what will you do? Will you raise your hand? or will push me out of the home? or slap me or what will you do? Anirudh says I will take life. If anyone does discrimination of any type infront of me then I will take the life of every such human. Thakumaa says ok then I am asking for sorry with joined hands from Chandrachur Jamai Babu's side. Chandrachur says no,Thakumaa. Chandrachur joins hands and says forgive me and turns his face. RTM PLAYS(AAJA TUJHKO MITTI PUKARE...) Bondita smiles and Tapur looks shocked. Aniruddh turns Chandrachur's face towards Angad and says say we are equal. Chandrachur looks angrily on Anirudh.  Aniruddh says say we are equal, Chandrachur. Chandrachur says to Angad there is no difference between us and we are equal and goes from there.

Bondita smiles and says to herself I am proud of you, my would be "Darling Pati Babu". Aniruddh smiles. Aniruddh smiles seeing her. Bondita dances with girls. Aniruddh smiles seeing her. Aniruddh makes heart with hands and shows her. Bondita smiles. Aniruddh dances with boys. Bondita watches and smiles. Bondita looks down by shying and bites her nails with teeths. With shyness, she covers her face with hands. After dance, Bondita is with Sampoorna. Sampoorna says I am happy that you are doing a fresh start by forgetting all old things. And now your Sampoorna di will always be standing with you becoming your Sampoorna ma. And see I also ,made you cry on this happy moment and forgot to give you gift which I brought for you. See these all jewelleries are yours. See this necklace, this has been made in Jaipur. Bondita cries seeing her. Sampoorna says and see this gold necklace, this has been brought specially from Madras. These all jewelleries are for you, Bondita. Sampoorna looks on jewelleries. Bondita holds Sampoorna's hand and says what happened Sampoorna didi? Sampoorna says nothing and gives the necklace to Bondita.  Bondita takes it and cryingly says this all are beautiful and keeps it aside. But I don't want this, I want which is so precious from these all. She holds Sampoorna's hand and says so Sampoorna didi,(Bondita looks towards door and says in loud voice) say to the person who has sent these jewelleries, that person comes infront of me. Sampoorna smiles and cryingly says Jeth ji, Bondita knows that you are there, come inside. 

Sampoorna goes and Trilochan comes looking down. Bondita says are you upset with me? Sampoorna listens from outside. Bondita says you are angry on my mistakes, right? Trilochan says no..no..why I will be upset with you? I am not upset with you. But I am embarrase because of my mistakes. When I come infront of you then, your innocent face becomes visible and it makes me remember my mistakes. Sampoorna cries. Trilochan says I understood you a spy, understood you as my enemy. I understood you as a person distancing Anirudh from me. He cries. And I was going to a sin of even putting coal in your mouth, I thought of taking your life. Tell with which face ,I come infront of you. How I face you? He turns to go. Bondita gets hurt in finger and screams. Trilochan turns and rushes to Bondita and holds his finger and says what happened? He says are you fine? Bondita says face me like this, just the way a father faces his daughter with raising his head high. They both cry.

Chandrachur says Bondita can never be anyone's except me. If Bondita will marry then just with me...with me...with me only. His man comes and says just wish that it happens ,Chandrachur Babu but make yourself understand that now after two days, Barrister Babu will become the groom of Bondita.  Chandrachur was to hit the man with vase but the man says but Chandrachur Babu there is one way with which this marriage doesn't happens. Chandrachur says tell which way? The man says kidnapping. Chandrachur smiles and says kidnapping, this is right way. The man says but there is one problem, after kidnapping where we will keep her that Roy Chaudhary's doesn’t find her. Chandrachur says no, not here, far away from here, Dhaka. The man says but it will be very difficult. Chandrachur says yes, it will be but this difficulty will be made easy by Musa. The man says musa? Chandrachur says yes,Musa.
