Barrister Babu 12th August 2021 written update

The episode starts with Aniruddh saying why you always insist so much Bondita? Bondita says what to do , i have learnt all this from my shikshak babu(teacher). Aniruddh says you have learnt wrong. Bondita says but it seens right for her. Aniruddh says to stop all this. Bondita says but you know what my Sakha Babu used to say tgat if you think you are right , then never stop, never bow down , always stand for right and leave only after proving the right thing and I will always obey to my Sakha Babu.  Anirudh says that means you will not listen to her? Bondita says Sakha Babu, I have accepted my love , when will you accept your love? Anirudh says see Bondita... Just then Bondita smiles and says atleast you took my name and also tell what's in your heart. Anirudh takes out handkerchief from his pocket and ties to Bondita's feet. Bondita smiles. Aniruddh says not to open this bandage. Aniruddh stands to go and says eat this spicy luchis(pooris). Bondita asks him to feed himself. Aniruddh says why?Don't you have hands? Bondita says she has but she has no mood to eat. Anirudh sits and makes her eat one bite. She eats and coughs. Anirudh gets worried and pats her back . Just then he realizes and stops. Bondita smiles. Aniruddh says he will make someone send water and asks her to eat these luchis and turns to go. Bondita says him to stop and says Sakha Babu, todat I have got coloured in your colour so she can never become colourless. She says I have full faith that soon he will accept their love infront of whole village, we will be one and love will win and enmity will lose for sure, Shotti. Today by doing my aid, my colous has coloured you ,see . Aniruddh sees his clothes have been coloured with turmeric. He tries to clean and goes. Bondita smiles.

In RC house, Trilochan talks to Maa Durga idol and says you saw how Aniruddh put her hand under Bondita's feet to protect her from glasses. So will he let us too snatch Bondita's voice? No, he will never let this happen. But what to do, till when they will the answer of enmity with love. He says he knows that it is inhuman but this ritual of becoming sanyasini has been coming from ages. Bondita has got punishment because she came as spy. He says that she has to become sanyasini. He says all this with very little tears. Bihari's wife comes and asks why he called him. Kaka gives her a gold necklace and says she has to do one work for him without telling even Bihari. He gives some money and asks her to buy stove and coal for Bondita's last ritual and bring her to ghat.

Aniruddh says to all sanyasinis that this ritual of abandonment is not right. You all understand very well than me. He asks them that living colorless leaving all happiness,  is this living a living? He says even then if you think this is right than it's a question that why with only women? Why we worship the wonen in house and then outside why we make them a thing of worship by fearing them? It's not right, it's exploitation of women. It's like killing them alive. He says he requests them with folded hands that please stop all this and say it's wrong. Don't be silent. Their silence will exploit the life of Bondita and every other girl. It will put them in the fire of hell lije you all were put. Sanyasinis leave from there but one stops and tries to tell that she can't speak, her voice has been snatched with burning coal. Aniruddh tries to understand but couldn't. Somnath comes and says kaka is calling him. Aniruddh says no,  she is trying to say something. Somnath says that they have kept silence fast(maun vrat) and if they will not reach on time and get punished,  do you want so? Somnath takes Aniruddh from there.

At night, Anirudh thinks how to save Bondita from becoming sanyasini and says he can't see her like this. Bihari's wife takes coal and stove by hiding. Aniruddh sees and thinks where is she going like thieves . He follows her to the hut. Aniruddh says Bihari's wife to stop. The stove and the coal falls from bihari's wife's hand. Bihari also comes . Aniruddh asks her with all these things why she has came here. Has she stolen something? Bihari's wife says she is doing what Trilochan has said. Aniruddh asks what he has said. Bihari says let him make her say truth. Bihari asks her fron where she got such expensive necklace , has she stolen. She says no, Trilochan has gave her because he needed me for this work. Aniruddh says for which thing. She says for the last ritual of Bondita. Keeping burning coal on Bondita's tongue is the last ritual. To make her dumb  is the last ritual. Aniruddh gets shocked. Bihari slaps her wife. Aniruddh says to bihari's wife that being a woman, how can she let injustice happen to other woman and says to bhihari never slap a women. Bihari says by listening such words for Bondita, he couldn't control himself. Bihari asks his wife to ask foe forgiveness.  Aniruddh says that being him here, this can never happen witg Bondita. No one can snatch Bondita's voice from her.

Aniruddh comes in RC mansion and shouts and calls everyone.  Everyone comes there . Kaka asks what happened.  Aniruddh says he had known the truth niw which they have been hiding from him again and again. Aniruddh says he will never let happen which they are willing. They can never make any woman's voice silent in the name of enmity and malpractice. He always raise voice against such malpractices and today under my nose, injustice is being done to one woman. Today with the help of one malpractice, Bondita is being put in the darkness of silence.  No , he can never let this happen. Therefore,  he has decided to sent Bondita vack to Krishnanagar. Kaka says if this is the last ritual, what can he do. He hasn't done something new and says that you are forgetting that Bondita is the enemy of whole village and what will he answer them when they will ask why he sent her back and he showed mercy on her. Aniruddh says he will say that he is not showing mercy but he can never let injustice happen to any woman. Kaka says how as Bondita has accepted her crime and a guilty is not punished., is this justice? Anirudh says Bondita will not be punished because he doesn't think she is guilty. His heart is saying she has not came here as a spy. Kaka says ohh, which heart, whose heart, Aniruddh's or Barrister babu's? Aniruddh says both are same. Kaka says no both can't be same because if it was so , then barrister babu would have thought from brain not from heart.  He says in barristery, proofs are required so tell me which proof you have that Bondita hadn't spied but he has tgat Bondita spied. Sampoorna himself had seen Bondita taking Binoy outside the mansion and Bondita has herself accepted this. So whatever it's happening,  let it hapoen. Maybe being a sanyasini is written in her fate. Aniruddh says if it's written in her fate then he will turn her fate but he can't let such inhuman behaviour happen to someone. He says don't forget we are humans not God , we don't have right to be someone's fate-writer. Bondita has written her fate herself, she has written her each line of hand with her own hard work so his decision will not change. Bondita will go back to Krishnanagar,  definitely she will go. Somnath interrupts, but Aniruddh makes him shut up and says that if he has said , then said, that's it.

Next morning, Bondita is sketching something. Aniruddh comes saying that he has to send her anyway. He stops at the door and says to himself that he knows that she will again say, I accept as always.  But this time, this injustice to Bondita is not acceptable to him. He has to take her away , then whether it's by power or deceit. He will take her. He turns to enter , just then Bondita says Sakha Babu without seeing him. He asks hiw she knew. She says because before him , his fragrance reaches her abd says if he comes here to see her by hiding then don't come by applying phus-phus(perfume) because the fragrance of his phus-phus makes you caught. She asks him to come and see what she has drawn. He comes inside. He sees the sketch of Radha ji. She asks it's good , she made it as Krishna was feeling lonely without Radha ji so she thought to draw her Radha ji and will keep it near hum and will say to him that your pair is completed now . She stands next to Aniruddh and prays to Krishna ji that soon he makes their pair also and complete their incomplete love. He moves from there and becomes restless and asks why is she doing this. Bondita asks do you want her voice stops, your Bondita doesn't say anything,  does she not say the truth of his heart,you taught to speak fearlessly then why is he stopping her , if he wants so,then it's better to take her voice. He thinks that he never wants that someone snatches voice from her 'tark' doing Bondita.(question asking Bondita). He sees hut's roof falling,  he saves Bondita . In doing so, Bondita falls over Anirudh.  They keep staring at each other. Bondita smiles and says see Krishna ji, my Sakha Babu loves me soo much. He can't see me in my pain. He can't see me getting hurt.  Aniruddh says your all conplaints are with me . Bondita says love is also from you only. She keeps hands over Aniruddh's heart and says whatever is here , you can't control it come on your tongue by touching his lips. She says you have to accept our love in front of everyone.  She keeps smiling.

Anirudh says to Bihari to get ready for sending Bondita back to Krishnanagar. Bihari brings food for Bondita and says he has made this with hus hands. Bondita eats and faints. Then Bihari covers her with chunri and Anirudh takes her in his jeep. He thinks Bondita might be suffocating.  He says Bondita,  what to do  ,you were not listening to me,  so I had to do this. He removes the chunri and gets shocked.
